providing support safely and appropriately
maintaining service and business records
invoicing and payment administration

Where another person, such as a family member, support coordinator or plan manager, is involved in your support, I will discuss with you what information may be shared and with whom.

Information may be stored electronically and, where applicable, in secure physical records. Some services used to operate the business, such as website, email, scheduling, invoicing or cloud-storage providers, may also process or store information on my behalf.
Accessing or correcting your information
You may ask to access personal information I hold about you or request that information be corrected if it is inaccurate or out of date.
